Which MacBook to choose for testing and learning iOS programming?

Help me choose a MacBook in 2019. Planned to use for: testing websites, applications; also for learning to program for iOS. Initially, writing the simplest code in xCode. The choice is between MacBook Pro 13' 2017, MacBook Pro 13' 2018 TB, MacBook Air 2018.
