Which MacBook to choose for initial development and study?

Hello dear experts.
I had disagreements in my head about what to choose for development.
Will the 2017 Macbook Air be enough for small projects? Who can leave a review of real use.
Do you have enough processor and memory?
I also thought about MB Pro 2015/2014. In principle, everything hovering around ~3300 according to Geekbench, if we consider only i5. But on the other hand, I don’t really want to take a BU.

There is an opinion that the 2017 Macbook Air is enough for small projects. And for the little ones too. Enough for anyone. There is also a personal imho that in 13 "Air the screen is not so scary. Here in 11 inches, yes, there is no fountain.
You can basically take it.
At the same time, I can’t help but note that buying Apple equipment with limited resources with an active cut is an extremely dangerous practice, it’s somewhere nearby.
In general, a retina proshka of 13-15 years will suit you optimally. Air 13 is also possible (but you will find its figs on the secondary in a normal configuration. Everyone massively sells the minimum wage 4/128, but you don’t need to take it). As for Air, a new / used one is up to you, although it makes sense to give 70 for what you can buy for 40-50 ...

Only Macbook Air 2018 is the minimum to be considered. For 2017 and older terrible screen!
Used is definitely not worth it!
