Which Macbook should a student programmer buy? I want to get into ios development. Should I buy a used Macbook? Macbooks 2013, 2014 are enough for 4-5 years at the university? Or is it worth buying a new 2020? Or wait for a new macbook on an ARM processor and buy an old mac now?

MacBook Air 2017 is available from many Apple partners. The recommended official price tag is 66990 r, there are cheaper ones.
Apple itself does not sell them, but actively manufactures and distributes them through partners. I bought one a couple of months ago in a restaurant - its production date is June 2020.
Do not mess with a used one.
