Which Mac software to choose?

How to record a podcast - audio only?
A screencast - sound and screen?
How about a video lesson. Just from a video camera?
Thanks

While the issue was resolved, I bought ScreenFlow 5. In the near future I will start studying and trying to use it.

To record videos/letsplays I use quicktime which comes with the OS.
The quality is good, the sound too.
You can write podcasts, videocasts, just videos.
Six months ago I recorded d3 on quicktime www.youtube.com/watch?v=pZj4_C8ek3U
