Which Linux should be installed for gaming on a laptop?

I have a DELL Inspiron 15-3521 laptop, I want to install some kind of linux on it, but I don't know which one. Eyes run up, tell me please?
People Let's draw a conclusion, a concrete conclusion. What linux do we install and with what bit depth?
Ubuntu, Debian, Mint, or was Manjaro and Zorin OS suggested to me?

In general, even though "Linux for games" doesn't sound as funny as it did a few years ago (thanks to Valve), so far it still introduces a lot of restrictions. In addition, due to the (still) not very good quality of the video drivers, performance may be lower than under Windows. However, in some cases the opposite is true.
I myself use Linux wherever possible. But if I had a goal to play many different games, then in 2015 I would still install Windows.
Although I personally have Gentoo Linux on my desktop, under which I recently went through Dying Light bought from Uplay. But my circle of games is pretty narrow, and I don't play that much either, so that's where Linux comes in.

Ubuntu or Mint, Ubuntu is better, and Win is better for games

There are no options at all.
Perhaps in 3 years SteamOS will take this role, but so far there are almost no games for it.
