Which Linux for remote terminal?

It is planned to install a primitive computer in which only chrome should work properly and through chrome connect to a remote computer, for which it is already working. So, what is the easiest Linux to install for this?

fuck chrome?
boot via PXE
run RDP right away
without a mediocre OS or even a hard drive.

wware. chrome (or chromium - I don't remember) is built into it, if you need it, and an rdp client.
