Which license to choose for a FreeWare* product?

Greetings!
Who is "in the know", please tell me which license to choose for Win32 (+ Win64, in the future) applications?
Application (idea, development, support) - at the moment - only mine. I plan to distribute it absolutely free of charge, without any restrictions and "pitfalls".
Of course, some kind of profit - I will not refuse to receive. At the request of the user - he can support the project. By sending any amount of funds to one of the electronic wallets, or buy a personalized license at a fixed (small) price.
The program itself will be protected by the latest version of the licensed VMProtect Ultimate to protect various copyright notices, analysis and various other actions.
