Which library is better to take for playing Mp3?

The other day there was a need to lubricate the simplest player in C ++. Well, there is a play. pause, stop, rewind for a while. There seems to be something on the Internet, but, damn it, the documentation for all these cases is to hell. Does anyone know what to use?
Development on Linux, WinAPI is not offered.

Take openAL and make a player on it. I think you'll figure it out yourself
