Which laptop to choose for graphic design?

Help with choosing a laptop for graphic design, please.
If you collect all the recommended parameters together, then I don’t fit into the budget (I have 70-75 thousand).
I understand that you need:
Screen ips (better matte)
Resolution fullhd
Diagonal 15
RAM 16 GB (buy for 8 and add 8)
Ssd card
Video card is not so important (?)
Processor intel core i (7?)
2 terabytes of memory
What can be donated?
I still watch xiaomi laptops, but I'm afraid.
I like Lenovo yoga (but there is a glossy display and screen 13). I'm not sure it's actually suitable for the job.

In my opinion, it is better to take a used Macbook pro with a retina display. It will work much better than a pc laptop.

I worked for a couple of years on a laptop, used Photoshop / Illustrator / Indesign / After Effects
1) Full HD resolution and IPS matrix - mandatory conditions (especially if you work with the web)
2) 14 "-15" - the optimal size for work
3) 8GB RAM and i5 processor are sufficient for professional work
4) If you do not have the specifics of working with very large files and do not need to store archives, focus on a 512Gb SSD, while 2 TB is better to have as an external hard drive.
5) The power of the video card does not matter for Ps, AI, Indd Offhand,

The characteristics you listed are more suitable for serious photoshopping.
You can sacrifice the presence of an SSD - if you take a laptop with a DVD-ROM, you can replace the DVD-ROM with an SSD yourself.

I will tell my impressions when working on Windows. I don’t know how things are on poppies, but probably if you take a flash of the year 2015, it will be fine.
Xiaomi laptops touched in the store. It feels like a good product - the assembly, the screen, the touch are on top. Especially the version for gamers, just a fairy tale.
i7 is suitable for more computing like video rendering or archiving. For raster or vector graphics, i5 is fine.
2 TB inside in my opinion is superfluous. In my opinion, the main 250-500 GB SSD is much more important. It will work much faster. Then you can buy one or a couple of external ones.
If you plan to work a lot on the road, then of course it is better to take a larger diagonal, if more for home, then the diagonal is not so important if you connect a monitor.
