Which laptop to choose? And how to connect monitors?

Hi all!
It's time to upgrade your laptop, I need advice.
I am engaged in development, now I have an asus ux32, I connect two monitors to it (there are two video outputs), but for work I have to constantly take a laptop home, plus travel to other offices. Accordingly, the laptop should be no more than 15 inches and not very heavy.
And I would like a laptop with a larger screen area (the current 13 inches, but the frames are large) for traveling (it’s hard to work on a small screen after monitors)
Now I looked at what offers there are and somehow I don’t see a special variety of laptops with several video outputs, so that at the same time there are compact and efficient...
And so we need advice: either which laptop with two video outputs to choose, or which one, in principle, can be considered plus a solution for connecting two monitors ...

Buy a laptop with Thunderbolt 3 and you will be happy.

If Windows is needed - then Xiaomi look, and as indicated above with Thunderbolt 3
If not - Mac Pro
