Which laptop is suitable for studying to be a programmer?

Hello. In a year I want to go to study as a programmer in Lviv at the Faculty of Software Engineering. For this I need a laptop.
I prefer JavaScript, HTML, CSS (I want to become a web developer).
Budget up to 20k UAH. I looked after a Lenovo IdeaPad S540-15IWL laptop . 15.6"(Full HD), Intel Core i5, UHD 620, 8gb RAM (expandable to 12), SSD M.2 NVMe 512gb. Is this laptop suitable for me, is Ethernet important, do I need discrete graphics? Write if there are more laptop options.Thanks in advance

Buy something from the Lenovo ThinkPad T or X series. It is possible and used. - They lend themselves well to upgrades.
