Which language to choose (F# or Lisp)?
My main language is C, I love and respect it. But you can’t sit on one for a long time, and for the sake of general development, I decided to study some second one. I chose exotic, lisp and f #, but I can’t decide which one, maybe someone had experience, tell me?

Feel free to choose F# . Briefly about the advantages:
1. It's not exotic (yes, it's really used ).
2. Friendly community , including Russian-speaking :
3. F# is a language from the dotnet family. This platform, despite its popularity, opens up new horizons with a smooth transition to .NET Core .
4. F# is the optimal choice for those who are just starting their way down the path of the functional paradigm. One reason is that F# is not purely functional, but primarily functional. Thus, having mastered the basic features of F #it will be much easier for you to understand Haskell or Erlang code.
Now for the downsides:
1. Once you get familiar with F# , you probably won't want to use anything else. Yes, he is that good.
2. Not all F# constructs are operationally supported. You may find yourself writing non-idiomatic F# code when working with UWP or Xamarin.Forms.
