Which language is suitable for beginners?

I want to learn programming languages, for example, I am an ordinary user, and a complete zero in programming, what should I do?
What language to start with? And what to study after the basics?

Take Python to get started. In general, the choice of language should come from the task at hand.

What do you want to program? There are a lot of directions. And for each direction there are own tools (or the most preferred / developed in this direction).
Start with self-determination - "for what?" and "for whom?".
Why - websites, win/linux/mac applications, cross-platform development, development for WP/Android/iOS mobile platforms, mathematical calculations, games, utilities, portals,...
For whom - for yourself, for freelancing, for companies (enterprises).
Once you've found the answers to these questions, google them and you'll see a set of answers to the original question.

Pascal was specifically designed for learning. Learn the basics, and then decide on the language, technology and direction.

Without understanding the problem, it will be difficult to give you an answer.
For example, js + (html / css) studied from books and htmlbook.
c# from Shevchuk
's php lessons from forums (I looked at the code and figured out how it works).
You have a goal - to learn to program, but you have not broken down yourself into micro-goals (just what to learn and where to start).
In the meantime, the best answer you've been given is learn English)
