Which Js-Framework to choose for a simple store?

The essence of the question is in the subject. It is necessary to make a simple shop with the ability to paginate products, change views (large-small icons), filter products, sort. Previously, I programmed in js only in jquery, and even then only basic primitives, I made sites in Django. Yes, that was 5 years ago. Yes, the world has changed.
In js, it can be considered a complete zero, I get confused with all these hipster angular, react, vue, totals, etc. I am ready to consider using node.js if there is something similar to Dzhanga with a built-in admin panel and applications for organizing an Oscar-type store (catalog, users, cart and editing text content).
By the way, do top (Yandex, VK, fb, livejournal, etc) platforms now not provide the opportunity to create stores on them as on the backend? Well, sort of like Zen from Yandex, only for stores.

It will be very "painful" for you to master modern js. And why should he, if there is no clear reason to use it?
Once you know djnago, then use it. And the interface can be revived with the help of jquery. (Yes, you can use jquery in 2018!).
