What is the best development environment for JavaScript? Coda 2 or Sublime Text 2?
Or can you recommend something else?

Sublime Text, although I won't say that there is something special for javascript. It's more of a text editor than an IDE, but I like it. I write a lot of Javascript at work.

For JS - Webstorm - it is "imprisoned" for this.
All sorts of mammoths like Emax and Wim - in the furnace ... users of these tools are no longer people, ask them "What to choose for writing <here anything>" - they will answer Emax (or Wim). You can click on the nicknames of people who advised mammoths - check.
