Which Java libraries are suitable for machine learning?

I am wary that there is a Java language, and it can be used in machine learning. I still didn’t take up the study of this language, but I want to work with BigData on it. Can I learn individual libraries and work with them with confidence? For example, as in Python - sklearn. If so, which ones?
