Which is better to choose: Python or Node.js?

I welcome everyone. I am faced with the choice of which PL is better to choose for developing the backend of a web application.
The application itself is an online learning platform (LMS), in terms of functionality:
1. Audio / video calls through the browser, with the ability to show the screen and turn off the microphone / camera.
2. Chat with students.
3. Ability to create test tasks.

What is the best JP for such purposes? I myself do not know either one or the other language, I plan to decide and start mastering it, simultaneously developing such a "pet-project".

I've never worked with Python, but I've been writing in Node for quite a long time and I can say that everything is done much easier in node, plus it has the best integration with JSON, JavaScript after all :)

It doesn't matter, but for the front you need JS, and the modern front for development still wants a node. So the choice is yours: JS or JS and Python.
