I noticed that Django jumped from 1.10 to 1.9 abruptly, what is the reason? And I noticed that Django 2 only works with Python 3, is there any future for python 2? Which Django is faster 2.x or 1.x?

python 2 is unnecessary, feel free to switch to django 2 and 3 python.
