Which iron media player to choose?

Requirements:
1. Play everything (preferably including .ape and VERY desirable m4a and m4v), img + cue is a good bonus, video is 1080p
2. Have an optical (better) or coaxial audio output
3. Understand SMB / NFS (this is, as I understand it ) , every first?)
4. Have the ability to control through the android application / webmord! Because The main display is supposed to be a projector, it’s somehow not ice to turn it on for music.
4a. Or have an additional dvi/d-sub output. But this is the last century, hardly.
5. Have the right library. For music - with the ability to play both by folders and by artists.
6. No internal disk needed.
htpc not to offer, I have a mini-itx server, but even a 500rpm 12cm fan is noisy. I like silence.
Now I have an ATV2 with xbmc, and everyone would get tired if it didn't slow down on some (many, in fact) 720p videos (720p projector). I tried to put it on the plex server, but the ancient atom can not cope with video transcoding on the fly.

Didn't you watch Dune?

@Anonym

htpc do not offer

I had the same issue at the time.
I tried dune, popcorn, studied wd-live and a few other pieces of iron. Everything is not right.
Assembled silent HTPC. Installed XBMC and am very happy.

If an omnivore, then it seems to me that the Dune Smart series is more or less. Management is there via http, you can write an interface for management on CommandFusion. Will work on IOS + Android.
Of course, the quality of the video will not be up to par, but for an inexperienced household it will do)
