Our small company faced the question of choosing an IP telephony provider.
Geographically, we are located in Volgograd.
There is a need to register a Moscow number (495 or 499).
We need reasonable prices for outgoing calls to city numbers in Moscow, St. Petersburg and calls to mobile numbers in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Incoming reception is also limited to Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Calls are planned to be made through a mobile application for Android.

We use TelPhin.ru - through IP phones and Windows SoftFon - everything is fine. Direct Moscow multi-line number, virtual PBX. I won’t say about calls via Android - we don’t use it.

I once used this Westcall. On the night of June 7-8, communication was lost, the phone stopped working. On the morning of June 8, they submitted an application. After lunch, a technician came to work and ... connected the phone to a nearby line. The manager said that the work had been done and everything was in order. I tried to explain that the phone did not work, everything was useless, as if I was talking to a wall! In general, I found “Voice-connect” advertising, the office was completely connected and set up in 3-4 hours, the connection just flies, plus a whole dozen of all sorts of useful goodies!
