Which ip camera to choose for video surveillance at 300 meters?

There is an object that is visible from the window, a distance of 300 meters.
Is there any way / site where you could see what different camera models see at such a distance?
How can you choose an inexpensive IP(?) camera so that you can make out people at such a distance (no need for faces, just the fact of activity) - what criteria are critical?
The task is to be able to hang the camera on the window, connect it to a computer / router and, if necessary, go online and see what is happening there.

You won't be able to find a cheap camera. At least 20-30 thousand. Ready-made cameras with 12x zoom cost about 50k
