Which iOS and Android emulator can be used to test apps and websites?

Good day.
You need to test the site and application on different versions of mobile, tablets, with different browsers, versions.
What emulator do you recommend? Paid or free, it doesn't matter, the main thing is to perform the main tasks:
- iOS, Android
- select the system version
- select the phone model
- the ability to install applications

Android - BlueStack or standard from the Android SDK.
iOS - as far as I know - it's the only one - the one that is included in the SDK, along with xCode.
For testing sites, there are definitely separate pribludy - and it's better to use them.
