Which image library to choose (python)?

Greetings! Tell me which library to choose for working with images in python? Heard about pillow, openCV, wand - which one is better or which one needs to be studied independently? The goal is to learn, the tasks - to begin with, just master a little (drawing, filters, resize), and also move towards text recognition. What are the differences between these modules or is there a good one I've missed?
