Take any hosting and close Cloudflare with a free version. Even with it, the attacking side has little motivation to touch you. In the event of a serious attack, temporarily switch to a paid version for $20, then you can turn it off and not pay again.

Ahaha, "protects against DDoS for free". Yes, raise your service on ordinary VDS, when and if you master something normal and there will be a real problem with DDoS, move. And then a bunch of children's questions with a complete misunderstanding of the situation.

netx.com.ua ddos protection there is a small price for VDS 16gb ram 1200 rubles prices are low because the provider is only 2 years old, there are servers from Russia. I would advise taking a server somewhere in the Netherlands with a ping of 10-20, maybe more, but still cheap and cheerful.

Cloudflare
But we understand that attacks are different. You can be brought down by regular seasons and then nothing will save you, except for reworking the service.
