Which hardware to choose for working with 3D?

Hello!
The task is to assemble a PC for her girlfriend for comfortable work in 3D's Max, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Available money - 50,000 rubles.
An important aspect is a good monitor with normal color reproduction.
Thanks!)

Well ... Enough for the monitor. But further - we need another 60 thousand.

Mother, percent, monitor - take as a basis - the rest for change as it will turn out. Plan to add memory and ssd screw first in the near future. 60 thousand is not enough for a normal computer, but to buy iron to which it will be possible to add the missing one within six months is quite enough. I would sort of get out like that.

i5 processor, it makes no sense to take i7, hyperthreading will most likely choke and performance will be almost like on 4 cores. A video card with at least gigabytes of memory and a bus of at least 256 bits. You need an SSD drive, and not a system one (photoshop can't swap to a system partition). All motherboards cost about the same, so it's better to take a good one. The rest is for RAM.
Half a year ago it would have been easier ... Now I didn’t even consider how much a normal computer would cost.
