Which GUI program to install RPM in OpenSuse Leap 42.1?

Hey!
Installed OpenSuse Leap 42.1 with KDE5 after working on debian-based distros for a long time (although I had a nice time with SuSE 9.2 in the good old days). There were a lot of stupid questions. I google a lot, but often the guides cover old versions of OpenSuse, which is not reflected in the new Leap.
Now I came across that I am downloading RPM distributions of programs and by default there is no graphical installer. Of course, I figured out how to install with zypper in the console. But still it is somehow not very user-friendly. Is it possible to install some kind of graphical wrapper? In older versions there was Apper, but as I understand now, some kind of incompatibility with KDE5 has turned out and it is gone.
I ask with an eye that some of my friends / colleagues may have to install OpenSuse and I don’t want to immediately send them to the console because of such simple things.

If I'm not mistaken, Yast allows you to install packages.

You can use Synaptic, if you are familiar with debian distributions, then it will be easy for you.
