Which GUI control-script manager to choose?

Hello!
So the question is, I need a gui manager that could control the work of various scripts .py .bash
.cmd, etc. some kind of trigger is triggered.

  • Run another script
  • send me an email
  • create a log of this error and send it to the messenger

There can be 10-100 such scripts, which are launched at different times and are controlled by different events.
For these tasks, I am looking for such a medger, launched it on localhost and hangs high for myself.
PS I looked at Jenkins, but I think it's for other tasks, it's more suitable for CI and it's terribly complicated

Jenkins is not complicated. And for this task, it is quite possible to use it, especially since it works in the background, and what is convenient - you can access your GUI from anywhere (if the white IP)
