Which GUI Client for git is better to use?

All the time I used git through the console, and somehow I stumbled about the presence of a GUI client for it. I looked on the official website, and there are a little more than a couple of them, and somehow I'm at a loss which one to choose. There is not much time to spend on studying, can you advise something? So far, I've looked at native GUI, GitHub Desktop, and GitKraken, but I've only based myself on their interface.
UPD: I would also like to know which one (preferably free) is better for the team.
