Which group note service or diary should I use?

There are several web projects in which we constantly introduce some changes and conduct experiments - we fix the landing page, change the settings of the advertising campaign. It is necessary to keep a collective diary of when, what and for what project was done, in order to analyze the results later. Actually we fix the date, the project (possibly with a tag), the author of the note and a short text of what has been done.
We are looking for some simple service or web system. We looked in the direction of installing WordPress, but this is somehow redundant. You can write yourself, but a little before that.
Advise something, please.
