Which FTP server (from free ones; for example, open source) is easier and safer to install on Windows XP?

The essence of the question is formulated in its title.
Windows XP is 32-bit.

FileZilla FTP Server.
True, I used it 5 years ago, I think it has developed now.
Quite simply and conveniently WYSIWYG is customizable (shared folders, access rights).

FileZilla FTP Server. It has been on my XP for more than 2 years and looks at the Internet.
It is possible to set up virtual folders.
If I'm not mistaken, it initially goes under utf-8, so after installation you need to apply a special patch under cp1251.

FTP Manager?
For my taste , WinSCP is very convenient.
WinSCP is an open source graphical SFTP client for Windows.
