Which front-end stack to choose for a large admin?

The task is an impressive admin panel for IT infrastructure. A sort of portal, which itself is an admin panel.
There will be many forms, tables, pop-up notifications and integration with third-party services.
The backend is already in php (and the old site is in Angular 1.x), but the customer wants to redo everything from scratch, except for the backend.
There is an opportunity to try something fresh:
- Angular 2 (typescript),
- React?
- Maybe there are more options
Which stack would you choose?

Chose react+redux+sagas. I took reactboilerplate.com as a basis, figured it out, everything seems to work out of the box.
