Which free hosting panel to choose?

Hello, I used to use openpanel, but the project seems to have died. What can be replaced?
ISPmanager - don't offer - expensive :)

Important:

• freebsd/debian/ubuntu support
  
• Multilingualism
  
• normal work with "clients" and not just for exclusive control of the server
  
• Simplicity for the end user
  
• Actually free / minimum price

If FreeBSD is not needed then CentosWebPanel or VestaCP.
But I would choose ISPman. It is not so expensive, if you are planning not only for yourself.

ispconfig3 - old graphics great functionality (hard to install)
vestacp - easy to install.
