Which framework to choose for creating a web control panel with a php backend?

There is a task to create a control panel that will work with the PHP backend. (Working with the backend is done via JSON)
The control panel must be placed in a separate directory of an already existing site that runs on PHP without Docker, but at the same time the hosting has Docker and Node.js. The project should not interfere with or affect the operation of an existing site. (There is only access to the directory where the control panel should be)

I don’t have many skills in front-end development, so the question arose which framework is better to choose? (I think React or Angular)

Try Uikit: https://3uikit.ru/
You can quickly muddle up the interface on it.

I would always look towards vue.
Not React, not Angular, but View.
He is quite progressive. And in conjunction with nuxt, everything you want is out of the box. In general, everything.
Then choose ui and calmly develop.
And if there is not much experience, then he is extremely friendly.

The framework itself , there is a panel for it.
