Which framework is better to use Framework7 or Ionic?

Background:
There are two very cool frameworks:

https://ionicframework.com

I write web apps in React and Vue. Angular didn't work for me at all, for some reason.
So, now I'm making an API on the server side.
The project will be highly loaded:
Up to 1,000,000 users per month
Up to 10,000,000 data in the catalog with reviews.
Audience: mobile phone users, so I paid attention to these frameworks.

Question:
In the future, I plan to turn the web application into a mobile application.
React or Vue?
Framework7 or Ionic?

What do you recommend and why?
Please write those who have real experience and practice. Who has already worked with this and knows the prospect of using it. I'm leaning towards ReactJS. The question rather remained on UI and UX in the future.
