Which foreign mail hosting for personal purposes to choose?

I'm a little tired that gmail (as, indeed, all free and many paid ones) sells Persian. data left/right. I began to look at what foreign mail hostings are (paid) in order to switch to personal mail. It turned out that protonmail, tutanota, mailbox.org, mailfence are either already blocked by ISPs or apparently not blocked yet. OK. It's a pity. And what other options for postal services are there that are not quite small, reliable, solid? Exchange Online, of course, is not interested. Own server is an extreme option, I allow it and I can, but I do not want to yet.
