What does not make the standard Firewall obsolete?
I have Win7, 2008R2 sticking out on the Internet without any restrictions, my friends on 2008R2 hang on IIS sites, there have never been any gaps since R2 was released.

Comodo, but there is still a not entirely free option, in some stores you can still find Outpost firewall with a lifetime license for 750r

I fully support the theme with Comodo. Once I actively used Outpost Firewall, but it took a day of work with Comodo to understand that here it is, the perfect firework! For those who understand the features of the network stack, it allows you to wind up the necessary rules. For those who do not understand, there is an automatic mode or a learning mode. So I calmly roll it to ordinary users.
By the way, now you cannot get a separate firework, it comes in one package with an antivirus. But nowadays there is a selective installation there (there was a time when this was not) which allows you to roll, including a pure fire.

By the way, I want to have 2 profiles - one on GPRS where you can only go to firefox.exe on the Internet and resolve DNS and another where all programs can.
What solution would you recommend to have the simplest possible setup and minimal resource consumption
