Which file system is most resistant to sudden shutdowns?

There is an ordinary office computer in one desk, which will be used as an internal processing server. It costs Xubuntu 16.04. Railway marking:

/  ext4 23.3g
/var/ ext4 185g
/home/ ext4 84g

The problem is that sudden power outages corrupt the file system, which is not a good thing. What do you recommend?
PS : Shutdowns can be so long that the option with UPS, generators and others is not suitable

@Astrohas

For frequent shutdowns, it’s better to put a cheap tyshenka IBP for 3 - 4 and not guess and rely on the FS
