Which European hosting to choose for the site?

Hello, please help me with the choice of hosting, I need European web hosting (mainly England, Germany), it is extremely important that the speed is high.
Initially, I chose between hetzner.de and 1&1.
Hetzner is a good resource, well-known, it supports many high-load projects, but there is one drawback - support. Support can only be used during working hours, and only on weekdays, which seems to be futile in case of unforeseen circumstances.
There is also ovh.de (co.uk) under consideration.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I think hetzner is probably the best there is now.
try scaleway (daughter of online.net and ovh).
Online.net / ovh itself - I do not advise because they are more focused on large clients.
Bad free support is a common problem for all European hosts.

Hetzner (Germany), OVH, Google (Google data center in Ireland, good connectivity with Europe; with the UK, which you called England, of course, the speed is the highest)
