Which engine is easier to transfer the site to?

Hey! There is a site that was written from scratch by one company and all the complex changes were made by the developers, there was only their own administration panel for content without access to the code. Now there is a task to stop working with them and transfer the site to another hosting and edit it yourself. The site is quite large, there are many pages, there are forms for submitting content, many different panels (articles, calendar, etc.), an online payment system, a price calculator, etc. is also planned. As far as I understand, I will have to put the site on some kind of cms, since I can’t imagine how else to edit it, I have no experience with engines. Recommend the engine where it is easier to transfer the site in such a situation (I tend to WordPress) or good tutorials on migrating the site to engines (available in English) and how realistic it is not to lose the original design at all, because rebuilding the site completely on templates, unfortunately, is not an option. Thank you.

The miser pays twice, the stupid always. My advice is to discuss with the developers what you don't like. If you do not agree on the price of the transfer, you will go to others. But you need to be ready for everything, so make up a technical specification for what is and what does not suit you. With it, in fact, contact the developers, it will be easier to justify.

I would choose Wordpress. Convenient CMS, and therefore enjoys great popularity.
