Which email provider for a domain should I choose?

There was a task to configure mail for the domain on 1-2 boxes. I must say right away that the free option is not required, the customer may well allow paying regularly. My own dedicated server is not suitable, because in this case I will have to monitor it. Among other wishes was a large volume of the mailbox (> 20 GB), preferably not in Russia (here, of course, there is a slippery place with the law on data storage in Russia), of course, support for mail clients.
From the found:
Mail.ru for domains and Yandex-mail for domains - a minus in geography, although the latter option is suitable for other parameters.
Google Apps for Work is a good option, I'm leaning towards it.
Amazon WorkMail (Simple Email Service will not work, the customer sends a lot of emails) - an interesting option, but did not find any reviews.
Zoho Mail - similar.

Surely Yahoo, Hotmail have something, and in general, yes, Google is probably preferable.
