Which email client downloads all mail from Gmail and reports how many GB the Inbox folder takes up?

Good afternoon!
Which email client downloads all mail from Gmail and reports how many GB the Inbox folder takes up? (But leaving letters on the gmail.com server)
I want to check Gmail, because I have a 20gb mailbox for free and it's already full, but I delete 500mb each, and in a day everything is full again. I think gmail is a little cheating and a divorce for a paid subscription.
I want to upload to my computer and check if I have exactly 20GB.
OR WHAT OTHER WAY, without uploading to a computer, can I understand how much the INBOX folder weighs?
ps deleted everything from the trash, there is also zero on the disk, there are also few in the pictures.
pps I'm looking for a client for Mac, but if not, I'll put it on a virtual machine
Thank you!

@tasheal

Thunderbird can do it through IMAP. If, for example, the "All Mail" folder is right-clicked and select "properties", it will show the number of messages and the size on disk.
