Which editors/IDEs support SASS/SCSS/Less syntax highlighting?

I actively use ZenCoding, and now I really want to enjoy the delights of SASS/Less.
I know that such features are available in WebStorm, but this IDE does not suit me for some reason. Are there any other options?

In principle, a separate lightweight solution (a specialized editor) could be used to work with CSS, but I can not find anything like that.

Basic requirements for the tool: highlighting at least one of the above syntaxes, code-explorer, undemanding to machine resources (desirable, but not necessary).

I would be very grateful for advice.

You can try to find a plug-in for NetBeans http://plugins.netbeans.org/PluginPortal/
Moreover, there are netbins for both 7-ku and nix.
