Which editor to choose with saving JSON or HTML?

1) TinyMCE - saves data in HTML
2) Editor.JS - saves data in JSON
For me (1) it's clear and easy to use, but I don't understand what should I do if I want to create a mobile application for an existing site. For example, I have a blog. Now I store all the content of the article in HTML and display it - conveniently. But if you use JSON, then it’s not clear how to display it (the same Editor.JS), is it to write a parser or how .. BUT if stored in JSON, will it be easier to interact with a mobile application later?
After all, mobile may not work with HTML tags, but if it is all in JSON, then this format will be parsed calmly .. or am I mistaken somewhere?
I have no experience in this, therefore, such questions, maybe he is stupid - sorry.

@firedragon

I would think 42 times before embedding a rich editor in a mobile app. Firstly, few people need it, and secondly, a headache. And even on tablets.
