Which edition of Visual Studio should I download?

Almost never used Visual Studio. I want to learn C#, but without too much delving into the latest .NET
Do I need to download the latest edition of the studio? Which edition is the most convenient for developing standard Windows Forms applications?

Download Visual Studio Express For Desktop . Enough to learn WebForms.
