Which edition is better to start reading Zandstra M. - PHP. Objects, templates....?

On Habré I found an article where the author advised reading Zandstra M. - PHP. Objects, Patterns and Methods of Programming 3rd edition. But I also found the 4th edition. I don't know much about books but I think 4th edition is like 3rd edition but with an updated version of PHP.
