Which DSP to choose for FFT conversions?

Good afternoon friends!
There is a bladeRF x40 SDR board that allows you to "watch" the broadcast with a capture width of up to 20 MHz ..
At the output, it generates a large stream of IQ data, which I would like to convert using FFT on a fast DSP processor and send this data to a PC for analysis.
Help me choose the right processor for this. We need not very expensive and always with the presence of a debug board for it.

@iDoka

Why not do the FFT on the bladeRF itself?
FPGA on board will do just fine - there is no need to write the FFT itself either - it is available as an SF block in the CAD package from Altera
PS: 61.44MHz sampling is somehow too much for a processor DSP
