Which disks to choose in storage 24/7?

Greetings, comrades!
Actually, the question arose regarding the choice of disks for storage. There is a Synology 814PR + and drives are selected for it, but the reviews are 50/50. It would be desirable to learn or find out opinion of people at whom the given disks are used.
The choice fell on two models: HGST HUS724030ALA640 from Hitachi and WD RE WD3000FYYZ from Western Digital .
WD Red were not taken into account, because the synology website states that they are not suitable for 24/7 operation.
I'm leaning towards Hitachi myself. they had no problems at all. But here the reviews are twofold, both from VD and Hitachi. Are there any owners of such discs who had a bad experience with these models?

@Franciz

We used the HGST ALS series for 4TB, which are with a SAS interface. After some time, errors appeared in NTFS, were treated, and they appeared again. It is not known yet whether the reason is in the disks or not, but the fact was.

once at a time you don’t have to, so advice in this matter can interfere with asking for screws of any one series but from different deliveries + a couple in reserve
