Need an idea for a thesis. I want to make some kind of web service and a smartphone application for it, what can I think of?

Record acquaintances from a close distance, for example up to 500 meters, or less.
If the phones are nearby, then a photo of another person pops up. If you clicked like it, then the general_chat / on-going_call connects and you can chat and get to know each other while you are driving on the bus / metro, or waiting for the plane at the airport.
