Which Diff utility to choose under Windows to replace WinMerge?

I used WinMerge for quite a long time, but today it finally "ate" my brain. It's time to look for alternatives.
I need not only to highlight, but also, if necessary, to transfer the line (s) from one part to another.
Recommend something sane and preferably Free?

Tried Meld. Not suitable. Too uncomfortable. One of the cons described in the comment below
