Which database should I choose to implement the Bag of Words search for images?

The fact that searching by images should not be embarrassing, in fact, is the same as for documents: for each image, a histogram of the occurrence of words, a dictionary of about 100,000, can be an order of magnitude more, less.
What to choose? I'm a bd noob.
Need reverse index and comparison of histograms with tf-idf weights.
